Dr. Girish Bharwani is one of the best dentists in Memorial, Houston. Dr. Bharwani grew up in Ohio and attended Ohio State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Business. After completing his undergraduate studies, he attended the prestigious New York University School of Dentistry. During his time there, Dr. Bharwani concentrated on his studies in esthetic dentistry, having been a part of the Esthetic Honors Program.
He graduated in 2010 and started working in private practice in Chicago. Dr. Bharwani moved to Houston in 2011 and has been practicing dentistry in Memorial since then. Dr. Bharwani’s dental practice specializes in TMD and oral facial pain, cosmetic, comprehensive and sleep dentistry.
Dr. Bharwani is a firm believer in keeping up with the newest dental technologies and procedures and implementing them in his dental services. To better help him keep up with new knowledge, he maintains memberships in various professional organizations. He is a diplomate in the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine since 2021 and an instructor for the board exam to help other dentists achieve this distinction. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Oral Facial Pain, and the Academy of Clear Aligners. In 2017, Dr. Bharwani completed his mini residency in TMD and Oral Facial Pain at UCLA. In 2020, Dr. Bharwani became a Diplomate for the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.
In his spare time, Dr. Bharwani tries to maintain an active lifestyle. He and his wife have been avid CrossFitters since 2011. He also enjoys playing beach volleyball and golf. Spending time in both New York and Chicago, Dr. Bharwani enjoyed exploring new foods and restaurants, and his enjoyment of both continues in Houston.
